These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Magihuman, including magihuman.app, generated outputs, APIs, and related services.

By using Magihuman, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you use Magihuman on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Service Access

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Magihuman at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Magihuman to:

• Violate applicable law or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, or exploitative content
• Interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or bypass limits
• Scrape, probe, or overload the platform in a way that harms reliability or other users

We may investigate violations and remove content or suspend access when necessary.

User Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, uploads, and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

By submitting content, you grant Magihuman a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and request its processing.

Generated Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, Magihuman grants you rights in generated outputs delivered through your account. Because AI systems can generate similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

Billing And Credits

• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit balances are governed by the pricing presented at checkout
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date
• Credits, promotional balances, and usage limits may be subject to expiration or plan rules displayed at purchase

Intellectual Property

Magihuman and all related branding, software, design, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers

Magihuman is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magihuman will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Magihuman after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
